If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product or receives a damaged product he is entitled to get a full refund only if a refund request is sent to info@pehleaaptee.in within 15 days from delivery of the product.

Currently we are not offering Reverse Pickup Facility so if the customer wishes to return his product for varied reason, he/she should ship the products on his/her expense to our office. 

The refund shall be made upon receiving the product in good condition. If the product is found to be damaged or different, the customer might not be issued full refund to compensate for the losses.
